Emergency services were called to the scene of a crash at the bottom of Grapes Hill in Norwich on Thursday evening.
Police were called at 6.10pm following reports of a collision between a moped and a car.
The East of England Ambulance Service were also in attendance and treated the moped rider who came off their bike.
It is not known the extent of the rider's injuries.
