THE government minister for the natural environment and fisheries, Richard Benyon, will be visiting Great Yarmouth tomorrow. Richard Benyon will be meeting with representatives from the Broads Authority and will be travelling along the Breydon Water, and discussing the unique problems faced by the Norfolk Broads.
Yarmouth MP Brandon Lewis recently undertook a similar trip. He has welcomed the fact the minister will have an opportunity to see first hand the area and is hopeful it will allow Mr Benyon to appreciate the beauty of the location and the numerous challenges faced by those who wish to maintain the Broads.
Mr Lewis MP added: 'I am delighted that Richard will be able to see a truly beautiful part of Norfolk; this visit shows just how seriously the government is taking the preservation of our countryside.'
