A campaign group, which gives a voice to women who have lost out because of changes in pension law, met their MEP as part in a national day of action.
Members of Great Yarmouth's Women Against State Pension Inequality (WASPI) invited Labour MEP Alex Mayer and prospective parliamentary candidate for Yarmouth, Mike Smith-Clare, to sign their pledge.
The group aims to achieve fair transitional arrangements for women born in the 1950s, for whom the state pension age has been raised twice, from 60 to 66 by 2020.
Ms Mayer said: 'The government's decision to move the goalposts, by bringing the equalisation of the state pension age forward by a further two years to 2018, was plain wrong.'
Elsewhere, all candidates for the North West Norfolk parliamentary seat signed a Waspi pledge backing a review of the changes at a demonstration in King's Lynn.
