A stunning Siberian Husky who is currently being looked after by an animal charity is looking for a new home.

Two-year-old Marcella is said to be 'full of energy' who is 'always up for a fuss' and 'loves to play'.

A spokesman for Dog Trust's Snetterton rehoming centre, where she is currently staying, said: 'Marcella's favourite thing is a belly rub.

'She will need an active home that can provide her with routine and structure, and needs owners that will be willing to teach her all of her basic training in a fun and rewarding way.

'This excitable character will benefit from further socialisation with dogs and she'll also need to be the only pet in the home.

'Due to her breed she is very strong and will need access to adequate exercise, as well as some training on the lead.

'She can live with children over the age of 11 and needs owners that can be around most of the time to start with, in order to build up her confidence.'

If you can offer Marcella a home, call Dogs Trust Snetterton on 0300 303 0292 or visit www.dogstrust.org.uk

Dogs Trust has a network of 20 rehoming centres in the UK and one in Dublin.

The charity cares for around 15,000 strays, unwanted and abandoned dogs each year.
