Manuel and Basil Fawlty at EDP Wedding Show at the Norfolk Showground

They certainly would not be your average wedding guests - but Manuel and Basil Fawlty are among the people taking part in the EDP Wedding Show today and tomorrow.

Character actors Edmond Wells and Eddie Portsmouth offer wedding entertainment Fawlty Towers-style, and throughout today they have been entertaining visitors at their show stand with their comedy antics - with Spanish waiter Manuel uttering his famous phrase 'I know nothing' as his hotel manager boss Basil talks to the show-goers.

They are among 140 exhibitors at the EDP Wedding Show show which is being held at the Norfolk Showground, and their tribute to the classic BBC television sitcom set in a fictional and farcical Torquay hotel was certainly proving a hit with show-goers.
