A father and son charged with the manslaughter of a 21-year-old in the McDonald's restaurant in Hay Hill, Norwich, appeared at Norwich Crown Court today.
Gerard Stonehouse, 48, and Jonathan Stonehouse, 18, remain on bail as prosecution and defence counsel prepare their cases.
The pair were arrested following the death of father-to-be Richard Moore on March 21.
