The Norwich shopping district faced another blow yesterday as MANGO confirmed it was pulling out of the city.
The Chapelfield clothes shop will close at the end of February in what the company cited as a commercial decision.
The company said that staff at the shop had been offered the chance to relocate.
A statement from the company, which has its headquarters in Barcelona, said: 'Mango will close the store in Norwich Chapelfield Centre at the end of February. From a commercial/real estate point of view, this closure is a normal rationalisation of our store portfolio and we have offered relocation to our current staff.'
