A 25-year-old man has been taken to hospital following a fire at a property in Norwich this evening.
Firefighters were called to the incident in College Road, in the Golden Triangle, at about 7.20pm and the fire was out by 8.15pm.
The man, who an ambulance service spokesman said was conscious and breathing at the scene, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Two fire crews from Norwich and one from Earlham attended the fire.
