The East of England Ambulance Service received a call at 12.07pm this afternoon to a business premises in Wendover Road, Rackheath.
A community first responder and an ambulance crew attended to the patient – a man in his 30s who was conscious and breathing but not alert.
He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further treatment.
His condition is not believed to be life-threatening or serious.
