A roadside altercation between two drivers resulted in a man punching through a car window and fleeing.
The incident, which is being described as 'suspected road rage', happened at around 9,30am on Saturday, May 13, between Fritton and St Olaves.
Both drivers were travelling on the A143 towards Beccles, one driver in a white sports utility vehicle and the other in a blue Ford Focus.
Both vehicles stopped and the drivers, who were both male, engaged in a verbal altercation.
The argument then escalated, resulting in the driver of the SUV punching the drivers' side window of the Focus, causing the glass to shatter, before driving off.
Officers are keen to hear from anybody who may have witnessed the incident, or has any information concerning the driver of the SUV.
