A 52-year-old man was rushed to hospital after suffering with chest pains while holidaying on the Broads.
The incident occurred yesterday at 4.20pm when the man was boating at Salhouse Broad with his wife and mother.
Emergency services came to his aid, with both the East of England Ambulance Service and a crew from the Winterton coastguard helping to escort him to the ambulance.
He was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Meanwhile, Hemsby inshore lifeboat was also launched to help with the incident.
