A 20-year-old motorcyclist was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital after falling off his bike at a motocross track near Attleborough.
The East of England Ambulance Service and air ambulance were called to the Besthorpe track on Silver Street, just after 4.05pm on Wednesday.
The motorcyclist was injured after coming off his bike.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said the man was taken to hospital by land ambulance with a non-life threatening head injury.
