A man suffered arm injuries after a fight with another man in the Water Lane area of Thetford on Tuesday morning.
The injured man refused treatment.
Norfolk Constabulary is appealing for witnesses to the incident, which happened near the Priory ruins entrance between 11am and 11.15am.
Police believe the men know each other, and want to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time.
