Sergejs Sidorovs, of Valingers Road, King's Lynn, appeared at the town's magistrates' court yesterday, where he was remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on Monday, February 26.

Father-of-four Graham Muth, 50, of Magdalen, near Lynn, who was driving a Peugeot 309, died in hospital after the crash on the A10 at Fordham, near Downham Market, on Tuesday morning.

Five other people were injured, including Sidorovs, who was driving a BMW 320i.

The A10 was blocked for nearly five and a-half hours after the accident.
