Man hit during robbery in Thetford

A young man was robbed when he was approached by a stranger and struck while walking through Thetford.

The 23-year-old was on his way to a friend's house at 10.15pm in the area of Prior Stephen Way on August 28 when the incident happened.

His silver Nokia mobile phone was believed to have been taken.

The offender was described as white with short, curly hair and wearing blue jeans and a blue hooded top.
