Man has bicycle stolen in broad daylight robbery in Great Yarmouth

Police are searching for a man who stole a bicycle in Great Yarmouth.

Officers are appealing for witnesses following the robbery on May 15 just after 1.30pm on Northgate Street.

The victim was approached by a stranger who threatened him and demanded his bicycle before making off with it.

The victim then went into a nearby shop for assistance and upon return, he found his bicycle was found lying on the pavement and recovered the item.

The suspect is described as a white male aged in his 20s, approximately 5ft 10in tall of a medium build with medium length ginger hair. He was wearing a grey hooded top.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed a man acting suspiciously in the area around the time stated.
