A man dislocated his shoulder while on Southwold beach this afternoon.
The coastguard was called to help the ambulance service and RNLI lifeguards find the man and get him off the beach and into a waiting ambulance.
Six coastguard rescue officers were called at about 3pm this afternoon, and even helped the man's wife, who was on crutches, to load up her car before she went with her husband in the ambulance.
