A man in his forties has been charged with possession of a Class A drug and failing to provide a specimen for analysis after a four vehicle road traffic collision in Dereham.
Andrew Watts, 46, of Lineside, Dereham, was driving a silver Vauxhall Astra when it collided with three parked cars on Baxter Row.
The incident took place shortly after 7am on Thursday, September 28.
Watts was subsequently charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis and being in possession of a Class A drug.
He has been released from police custody and will appear before Norwich Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 17, 2017.
