Man charged with Lynn sex attacks

A 34-year-old man will appear in court today charged with a string of sex attacks in King's Lynn.Mark Hepworth, of Whitefriars Terrace, King's Lynn, was arrested yesterday and charged with three offences of sexual touching of a female, dating back to February.

Mark Hepworth, of Whitefriars Terrace, King's Lynn, was arrested yesterday and charged with three offences of sexual touching of a female, dating back to February.

He was arrested after an off-duty police officer was assaulted in the town's London Road yesterday morning.

The second and third charges relate to an assault on a woman in The Walks on June 9 and a similar offence in Hardwick Road on February 1.

Hepworth was remanded in custody to appear before Kings Lynn magistrates this morning.
