A 25-year-old man has been charged with two counts of begging in a public place following incidents in London Road North in Lowestoft on Monday (February 25).
Carl Horth, of Denmark Road, was arrested yesterday (Tuesday), after a man reportedly approached members of the public asking for money about 6pm on Monday evening.
A police spokesman said: 'He has been charged with two counts of begging in the town centre and is now due to appear at Lowestoft magistrates court on Tuesday, March 12.'
