A man armed with a firearm has been arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill in an incident in a village near Dereham.Police, including armed units, were called to an address in Watton Road, Shipdham shortly after 9.40am on Friday following reports a man had made verbal threats to another man.
A man armed with a firearm has been arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill in an incident in a village near Dereham.
Police, including armed units, were called to an address in Watton Road, Shipdham shortly after 9.40am on Friday following reports a man had made verbal threats to another man.
He had been seen in possession of a firearm.
Officers arrested a man in his 40s on suspicion of threats to kill and was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre.
He has since been released on bail until April 14.
