Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a robbery on Britannia Road in Great Yarmouth.
The incident happened at just before midnight on Thursday, December 8.
The male victim has reported being assaulted by three men, two of whom were known to him.
The victim managed to escape when he contacted the police. He suffered minor injuries from the assault and did not need medical assistance.
Following a subsequent search of the area three men, aged in their late teens and early 20s, were arrested in connection with the incident.
The men have all been bailed to return to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre on Thursday February 2 2017.
