Police have made an arrest after a man took an 'inappropriate' photo of a woman in a Great Yarmouth shop.

Officers issued an appeal for information following the incident that happened at a store in Gapton Hall Road at around 7pm on Friday, September 12.

A member of staff at the store was helping a male customer to select some items of clothing when it is alleged an inappropriate photo was taken of her on his mobile phone, a spokesman for Norfolk Police said.

A 32-year-old man, from the local area, contacted the police and was arrested following the release of a CCTV image.

He has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
