A man has been arrested after a raid on a pharmacist with what has been described as a 'toy style gun'.
Police were called at just after 9am this morning (Thursday) to reports of an incident at a pharmacy in Magdalen Way, Gorleston.
A man went into the premises carrying a weapon - described to officers as 'a toy style gun' and demanded medication, before making off with it.
Specialist officers attended the scene as a precaution, and shortly afterwards arrested a man in his 20s.
He has since been taking to the Police Investigation Centre in Great Yarmouth, where he will be questioned later today.
