A man has been arrested this morning on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter following the death of a man at Ipswich Docks on Friday.
52-year-old Neville Wightman died after being crushed by a section of pontoon at premises at the port on Cliff Road on Friday evening.
The 47-year-old man from Clacton is currently in custody at the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre where he will be questioned.
A man in his 40s from Lowestoft was also injured in the incident and was taken to Ipswich Hospital. He remains in a serious condition with non-life threatening injuries
