A man was airlifted to hospital today following an accident at a farm near Attleborough.
The worker, who is in his 60s, was struck by a falling bale of straw and was left stuck in his tractor at Great Ellingham.
Fire crews from Hingham, Attleborough and Norwich used hydraulic rescue equipment to release the man, who suffered head and abdominal injuries as a result of the incident, which happened at about 1.20pm.
The man was treated by medics from the East Anglian Air Ambulance and was flown to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge for treatment.
