Six luxury flats including a penthouse with sea views are set to be created out of existing properties at the quay end of the main shopping street in Wells.
Developers Parworth are applying for planning consent to convert three existing shops and two flats into the six one and two-bedroomed flats.
Partner Colin Duckworth said his company's plans were to create six luxury appointed flats out of the current two. The proposals for the Listed properties included sympathetic restoration and a new shop front,
The flats would be offered for sale at prices from £150,000 to £300,000 for the penthouse apartment.
Two flats would have roof terraces and two would have ground-floor gardens.
Mr Duckworth aid he hoped that the plans would be considered by North Norfolk District Council planners in July.
