She is described as “beautiful to look at” and an animal who enjoys plenty of attention and fuss.
But what marvellous May is looking for most of all is a new home.
The four-year-old lurcher cross, who is currently being looked after at Dogs Trust’s Snetterton rehoming centre, has many advantages to a new owner.

A spokesman for the charity said May “adores people and being around them”, adding: “She just loves attention and fuss.
“Beautiful to look at, May likes going on her walks and she’s very good travelling in the car.
“May is looking for a patient adopter who can be at home with her for the majority of the time to begin with, as she loves human company.

“She is looking to be the only pet in the home and could live with children that are eight years and up.
“May will make an excellent companion and loyal friend - could you give this pretty girl a second chance?”
