A new group which helps people suffering from lung conditions has been launched at the James Paget University Hospital.
The Great Yarmouth and Waveney Breathe Easy Group brings together people affected by lung disease and their families and friends to offer support and help them manage their conditions.
The group's first meeting saw hospital staff talk about medicines and the importance of ensuring drugs are taken at the right time. They also explained how a chest x-ray can help identify lung conditions.
A new health topic will be discussed at every meeting, and a member of staff from the hospital's respiratory nursing team will be on hand to answer questions.
Social events will also be organised, with a quiz at the Pier Hotel in Gorleston taking place later this month.
