Police are appealing to the public for help identifying a man in connection with the theft of a bicycle in Lowestoft.
The incident occurred on Friday, September 15, between 9am and 4pm.
The blue and green Carerra bicycle was left securely outside Water Lane Leisure Centre, in Water Lane.
Anyone who recognises the individual in the still or has knowledge of the incident should contact Lowestoft police on 101 quoting crime reference 37/61477/17 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
