More than a dozen shops in London Road North, Lowestoft, were forced to close at lunchtime today following a power cut.
More than a dozen shops in London Road North, Lowestoft, were forced to close at lunchtime today following a power cut.
The cut, which affected 600 customers in total, happened at 1.40pm following damage to underground cable.
Power was fully restored by 2.22pm.
A spokeswoman for EDF Energy said: “EDF Energy Networks engineers worked to restore power as quickly as possible and the majority of customers were back on supply by 2.15pm. All power supplies were restored at 2.22pm.”
