Two Lowestoft schools will join forces next week to celebrate an annual fundraising event.
On Friday, January 10, pupils from the Warren School and Grove Primary School will be joining together through a Skype link to mark 'sign2sing,'
With the schools holding their own whole school Sign2sing assemblies, linked together through Skype, its part of an event from the deaf health charity Signhealth, which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of deaf people in the UK and Uganda.
Ten students from Grove Primary in Framfield Road, Carlton Colville, will visit the Warren School in Clarkes Lane, Oulton Broad, and spend the afternoon with a class sharing sign language activities.
Each school will welcome and greet each other through the Skype link, before they in turn perform by signing and singing one of the previous sign2sing songs.
They will both simultaneously then sign and sing this year's sign2sing song, Together.
