POLICE have appealed for witnesses after an incident in Lowestoft in which a motorist exposed himself to a woman. The man was in a small blue car, possibly a Citroen in Peto Way at about 8.10pm on Tuesday when he sounded his horn at the 40-year-old woman, who was walking by the North Quay Retail Park roundabout. After exposing himself and acting indecently, he drove alongside the woman, who shouted at him. She then headed towards a man who was walking a dog and the motorist drove off. The suspect was in his 20s, of Asian appearance with dark hair and long sideburns. He was wearing a large pair of dark glasses.
