Police said the crash, at Stradsett Crossroads, involved a VW Passat, VW Polo and a lorry.
Three people were injured in the collision, which happened at 9.40am.
One has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn for treatment to a head injury. The BBC reported traffic queuing on both roads.
