Plans for a new affordable housing development in Long Stratton are being tipped for approval next week.
Saffron Housing Trust has submitted proposals for a 11 home development on land off Fairfield Close in the village.
The scheme is being recommended for approval at a South Norfolk Council meeting on Wednesday, despite 12 letters of objection from local residents over the extra traffic generated in the area.
Officers say the 0.5ha site is outside the development boundary, but the scheme would help meet local housing need.
County Council highways officers have raised no objection to the proposed development.
