A Parkinson's sufferer from Loddon died after sustaining head injuries in a fall, an inquest in Norwich heard.

William Jackson, 75, of Saxon House, Kittens Lane, Loddon, died at the James Paget University Hospital on February 20, six days after a fall near his home.

The retired transport manager suffered bleeding on the brain which neurologists could not treat.

Norfolk coroner William Armstrong this morning recorded a verdict that Mr Jackson died as a result of an accidental fall while suffering from Parkinson's disease.
