The stage is set for a celebration of the best in Norfolk business at the EDP Business Awards 2016.
The winners will be named at a glittering black-tie ceremony at the Norfolk Showground this evening, with the cream of the county's companies doing battle in 14 categories, ranging from Employer of the Year to Investing in Future Growth.
One of those winners will then be selected as the overall Barclays Business of the Year.
The year's Outstanding Achievement award will be presented to Caroline Williams, the chief executive of Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, who will step down next year after 17 years in the role.
Judges praised the way she has developed the chamber into a powerful voice for business in Norfolk, and the key role it has played in the success of campaigns pushing for improvements to the A11, the A47 and the Great Eastern Main Line.
EDP business editor Mark Shields said: 'The theme of this year's awards is growth, and each of our categories is linked to flourishing sectors of the economy in and around Norfolk, from tech innovation to knowledge transfer.
'The finalists in each category all have their own growth stories to tell, each of which is adding to the rich and diverse business landscape in our part of East Anglia.
'For more than a quarter of a century, the EDP Business Awards have recognised the very best in our business community, honouring the achievements of our leading companies and shining a light on those who are just making their mark.
'Tonight is an opportunity for us all to take time to share this success.'
