Lines reopened between Lowestoft and Somerleyton after urgent track repairs

Rail passengers experienced delays on the Lowestoft to Norwich line last night (Saturday) due to urgent track repair work at Oulton Broad North.
Lines were blocked with services starting and terminating from Somerleyton.
Greater Anglia tweeted to say: 'Due to urgent repairs to the track at Oulton Broad North all lines are blocked.
'Buses replace trains between Somerleyton and Lowestoft expected until 6pm.'
The 3.48pm, 4.48pm and 5.48pm services from Lowestoft to Norwich were all started at Somerleyton and did not call at Oulton Broad North.
The 3.50pm, 4.58pm and 5.50pm services from Norwich to Lowestoft also terminated at Somerleyton.
The lines had reopened shortly after 6pm.
