A new 550,0000 housing scheme has been welcomed by residents in East Tuddenham.
Flagship Peddars Way held a topping-out ceremony for the eco-friendly development, in The Street, yesterday morning as work on the project continues.
The development includes three two-bedroom houses, a two-bedroom bungalow and a wheelchair adapted bungalow.
Guest of honour Gillian Hickling, chairman of East Tuddenham Parish Council, said: 'This has been an extraordinary achievement. The parish council is delighted that we finally have beautifully designed homes for local people with a connection to the parish of East Tuddenham.'
A buffet lunch was held for guests at the village hall following the ceremony.
The scheme received 315,000 funding from the government's Homes and Communities Agency.
