A 43-year-old man and his 19-year-old nephew have appeared in court for a second time today charged with the murder of Nick Rogers following an attack at Wymondham's Morrisons supermarket and could face trial in December.
John Monk, of Albini Way, Wymondham, and his nephew Lee Monk, of Silfield Road, Wymondham, are accused of murdering Nick Rogers, as well as affray, following an attack on Monday night.
No pleas were taken at the short hearing at Norwich Crown Court but a possible trial date has been set for December 4.
Judge Stephen Holt remanded both men in custody and they are due to appear at a further hearing on August 18.
Chris Youell, appeared for the prosecution and Jude Durr for Lee Monk, and Andrew Thompson for John Monk.
A Home Office post mortem was held on Wednesday afternoon and further tests are taking place.
Floral tributes to Mr Rogers have been left outside the front of the Norwich Road store, including a bouquet from Mr Rogers' parents.
