People trying to get through to the James Paget Hospital are being asked to ring a different number.
The hospital, which is based in Gorleston, said it was having problems receiving incoming phone calls today.
It is believed to be an external problem and the service provider is currently trying to fix the issue.
To contact the hospital urgently, dial 01493 602862 until the service is restored.
