People are invited to a Lent lunch at Norwich Cathedral for charity.

Volunteers have been making homemade soup for people every Tuesday during Lent.

The food is free, but donations can be made in support of the homeless charity St Martins Housing Trust and St Edmund's Society training centre, which helps young people who have struggled in mainstream education.

Bread for the free meals has been provided by Sainsbury's on Pound Lane, in Thorpe St Andrew.

The next meal takes place from 12.30 to 1.30pm on Tuesday, April 4.
