An inquest into the death of a Great Yarmouth man who was hit by a train in Norwich has been fixed after a delay in obtaining a report from the mental health trust.
Luke Coggins, 25, of Southampton Place, Great Yarmouth died on Friday, January 5 after he was hit near to the Crown Point Depot around 7.22am.
His provisional cause of death was given as multiple injuries due to a rail collision.
All lines surrounding Norwich were blocked from around 7am.
British Transport Police said they were called to the level crossing at Cremorne Lane at 7.22am and were treating the death as 'non-suspicious'.
At a review at Norfolk Coroner's Court, area coroner Yvonne Blake said there had been 'a delay with the report from the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust.
'The report has now been issued and the inquest is ready to take place,' she said.
The inquest will be heard at Norfolk Coroner's Court on July 19.
