An inquest has opened into the death of a 28-year-old woman whose body was discovered in her Lingwood home.
Nicola Owen, who was unemployed, was found unresponsive inside her property on Homelea Crescent by her carer on March 2 this year.
Despite emergency services being called, she died that day.
Senior coroner Jacqueline Lake opened her inquest in Norwich on Tuesday, May 29.
The medical cause of death was given as respiratory failure, drug toxicity, and restrictive respiratory deficit caused by kyphoscoliosis, which is a deformity of the spine, and a neurological deficit.
Other contributing conditions included Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, which is a group of conditions that damage the peripheral nerves, and obesity.
The inquest was adjourned to October 5, 2018.
