An inquest has opened into the death of a 37-year-old man from Great Yarmouth.
The inquest into the death of James Delaney opened at Norfolk Coroner's Court in Norwich on Tuesday morning.
It heard that Mr Delaney, who lived at Sapphire House on Long Lane in Bradwell, was found unresponsive there on July 28 this year.
Sapphire House cares for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments.
A post-mortem report gave the medical cause of death as diabetic ketoacidosis.
A full inquest will be held in April next year, with a pre-inquest review scheduled for February.
