Over 100 people turned out to see the latest inauguration of the Royal Marines Cadet Detachment at Beccles.
Five sea cadets were enrolled at the event and Padre Michael Leigh-Pearson, who helped on the day, said: 'It went marvellously and it was one of those happy occasions were you get to see parents look on proudly.'
The event took place on July 7 at T. S. Brave Sea Cadet Unit on the Quay in Beccles.
The Mayor of Beccles, cllr Brian Woodruff, also attended.
