Ikea opens its first 'click and collect' store in the country this morning at Norwich's Sweet Briar Retail Park.
The store, which is far smaller than other Ikea stores, is a 'click and collect', meaning shoppers have to pay up to £10 to collect items.
One EDP reader, who had a preview of the store, got in touch to say the 'click and collect' format was 'a huge disappointment'.
He said: 'Imagine our disappointment when we heard that we could not just 'click & collect', but had to pay a delivery charge! My wife's shopping list of smallish items became a joke. The delivery charge doubled the price of the shopping list, almost.'
A limited number of items are available for sale in the store.
Police will be in the area today to control traffic.
