Crowds gather for Hunstanton’s Christmas Cracker as lights are switched-on

It’s beginning to feel like Christmas in Hunstanton.

Hundreds of people put on their scarves, hats and gloves and braved the chilly temperatures to enjoy the town’s Christmas Cracker.

The day kicked-off with a gift and craft fair at the town hall, children’s fairground and entertainment and Kings Morris Dancers.

The Hunstanton Concert Band entertained visitors from the Princess Theatre Terrace before the Rock Choir took over.

And as the sun went down on Saturday evening it was the moment everyone had been waiting for - the switching on of the lights.

The main man himself Santa Claus, the mayor Adrian Winnington and the cast of Cinderella, this year’s pantomime, did the honours.

Children where then able to cap off their night with a visit Father Christmas at his grotto.
