Fire fighters were called to a house blaze in the Heartsease estate.
Two appliances, from Sprowston and Carrow, attended the property in Munnings Road, Norwich after a call at 9.07am.
Crews used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to extinguish the fire, and the stop time was stated as 9.20am.
The ambulance service was stood down as they were not required.
