A new chairman was elected at last night's (Monday) meeting to discuss Holt's town blueprint.
The town's first Vision Strategy Committee meeting saw the current town council mayor Bryan Payne elected as chairman. Holt Town Council's vice-chairman John Allison was also elected as the committee's vice-chairman.
Mr Payne said: 'The committee has been set up to try and progress things on the Holt Vision Project.'
Projects currently at the planning stage include the Fish Hill market, Gresham's School car park and the neighbourhood plan.
The committee will meet four times a year and the next meeting is planned for September.
